Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes, you can bring decorations. However, items like glitter, confetti, silly string, and tape on walls are not permitted.

Do you provide a party host?

Yes, packages come with a dedicated party host to manage your event from start to finish.

How early should we arrive before the party starts?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Your host will guide you through the setup process.

Is gratuity included for the party host?

Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated for exceptional service. Most families choose to tip around 15–20%.

What happens if we have more kids than the included guest count?

No problem! Additional guests can be added for a per-child fee (usually $34.95 or similar depending on package). We recommend confirming your final headcount a few days before the event.

Popular options include: Basic Party with choice of play time in inflatable trampoline park and ballocity jungle gym, or private games of laser tag. All packages include food, drinks, game cards, and private party areas depending on the selection.

Can parents of guests stay during the party?

Yes! We have lounge and seating areas for parents to relax while the kids play. If you’d like to provide food or drinks for adults, catering options are available.

How long is a typical birthday party at Laser Bounce?

Most birthday parties are 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the selected package. This includes time for attractions, food, and cake.

Do you offer goody bags or party favors?

Yes, we offer goody bags and party favor add-ons. These can be customized and included with your package.

How do I book a Laser Bounce birthday party?

You can book a party online through our website or by calling your nearest Laser Bounce location. A non-refundable deposit is typically required to reserve your date and time.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your party up to a certain number of days before the event (usually 7 days) without penalty.

Can I visit Laser Bounce to tour the party space before booking?

Yes! We encourage parents to visit the facility and speak with a party coordinator. Walk-ins are welcome, or call ahead to schedule a tour.

What food is included in the birthday party package?

Most packages include pizza and drinks for the kids. Additional food options such as wings, fries, or wrap platters can be added for an extra cost.

Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?

You are more than welcome to bring your own goodie bags/favors or balloons to your event. PLEASE NOTE: Laser Bounce does not offer any means to inflate your balloons. Balloons must be inflated prior to your event. Additional fees will incur if Laser Bounce is required to inflate your balloons if your bring your own helium tanks. Helium tanks must also be disposed by the party/event holders. Laser Bounce cannot legally dispose your helium tank.

What food items can be brought into the facility?

You may bring birthday cake or cupcakes to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.

When will my party room be available?

Your party room is available 1 hour after your event start time. For example, if your event is to begin at 12pm your party will be available to your guests at 1pm. If you have any special decorations or party room request please inform your party host upon arrival. Unfortunately, no requests for early party rooms will be accepted.

Will there be a LASER BOUNCE Team member available to assist me in the party room?

Yes – a team member will be available to assist you in the party room.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

We ask that you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in.

What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?

We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.

Will Laser Bounce store my presents?

Laser Bounce will provide your party with a special gift bag. Unfortunately, Laser Bounce employees are not able to handle any presents or gift envelopes from you or your guests. Please inform a Laser Bounce team member if you need additional gift bags or assistance moving your gift bag to your car or other transportation, we would be happy to help.

How are guests’ belongings handled?

Each event will receive their own bin for guests to place their belongings in. The bin will be transported to your private areas throughout your event. After your party room time, your guests will be required to retrieve their belongings. Any belongings not retrieved will be left in the bin and publicly available for all guests to obtain. LASER BOUNCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. All day lockers are available at a nominal fee, we recommend that lockers be used for any items of high value.

What assistance do you provide in the party room?

Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your event. The Laser Bounce team will set up the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake and goodie bags. During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?

Of course! Please inform your party hosts of any special decorations when you arrive. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.

When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?

We’ll call you 3-5 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already. All food orders must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your event. Unfortunately, food cannot be changed or ordered on the day of the event.
