These terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) govern all Fun Cards and their use. By purchasing, recharging, or using Fun Card, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, and your use shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, without further notice to you. General Information

A Fun Card is a card with a radio frequency identification chip which, depending on the price of the game or the amount of time remaining on the card (for Unlimited Video Game Play purchases), can activate the selected game inside a Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center. Each game located at Participating Locations requires either a specified number of credits or time remaining on the Fun Card to play the Game(s). The credits required to play each Game will be displayed on the card reader located on each Game.

The Fun Card can be used only at Participating Locations.




Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center’s reserves the right not to accept a Fun Card or otherwise limit use of the Fun Card if it believes the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates these Terms & Conditions.

You will not be sent statements of itemized transactions involving your Fun Card.

Purchasing a Fun Card

(You can obtain a Fun Card in four ways):

  • You may purchase Fun Card by simply following the on-screen prompts at the kiosk.
  • At the Cashier Station. You may purchase a Fun Card alone or as part of a Walk In Package or Fun Card package by either a credit card, Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center’s gift card or cash from authorized Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center’s employees, including but not limited to Cashier or Manager (collectively, “Authorized Employee(s)”); or
  • Reserved Birthday Party. You may also purchase a Fun Card as part of a reserved Birthday Party package.
  • Mobile Wallet Online Purchase. You may also purchase a Fun Card online at and add it to your mobile wallet for contactless pay.

Unlimited Video Game Play

When purchasing a Fun Card you will have the option of selecting Unlimited Video Game Play. Unlimited Video Game Play works like this, you purchase a certain amount of time during which that Fun Card can activate any game. No points to track! Just good clean continuous fun! Please note though, that Unlimited Video Game Play time purchased is only valid for the date of purchase and will expire at the end of that day. Unlimited Video Game Play will not accrue e-tickets, it will not work on some games such as but not limited to, photo booth, prize dispensing games, e-ticket dispensing games, and games that dispense coins or cards.

All Access Game Play Credits

All Access Credits can be used at any attraction or video game at your specific Laser Bounce – Laser Bounce Family Fun Center location. All Access Credits will allow you to accumulate e-tickets.

Bonus Credits

Bonus credits will be awarded towards your Fun Card at your time of purchase depending on the amount added to your Fun Card. Bonus credits cannot be used on attractions, they may only be used on video games.

Attraction Play Privileges

Attraction Play privileges can be purchased at a kiosk and/or a cashier station. Attraction Play privileges do expire and will expire 720 days after purchase. Attraction Play privileges cannot be transferred onto a different Fun Card.

Adding Credits to Your Fun Card Cards

You may either add credits to your Fun Card at a kiosk, cashier station by paying with cash, or credit/debit cards, alternatively you can reload your Fun Card on your mobile device from your mobile wallet. Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center tokens may not be used to add Credits or Unlimited Video Game Play to your Fun Card Card(s). Some amounts are not available at a kiosk, so please see an Authorized Employee at a Participating Location. The billing descriptor you will see on your credit/bank statement will be portrayed as “Laser Bounce” Agreement to Contact Us. We are eager to offer the best customer experience possible. Please contact our Guest Relations team prior to contacting your credit card issuer to allow us to resolve any issues or concerns related to your Fun Card purchase. Credits Do Not Expire

The credits you purchase do not expire, are not subject to a maintenance fee and are stored on your Fun Card.

Combining Credits from Multiple Fun Card Cards

You may combine credits from any number of Fun Card cards onto one Fun Card. The Fun Card card used to transfer credits to another Fun Card will contain a zero balance after the transfer but will remain active to allow for additional recharges with no additional fee.

Checking Your Credits

Your credits balance displayed at each Game only shows your credits balance for the credits type used and may not reflect your entire credits balance on your Fun Card. You may also check your credits and e-tickets on your mobile device. There are also multiple balance check stations throughout the arcade.


E-ticket balances are currently captured on Fun Card cards. If you win e-tickets they will go directly onto your fun card. Based on pricing and availability of merchandise in the Redemption Prize Counter you may not have enough E-Tickets to redeem for any item. In addition, you may have E-Tickets remaining after redeeming for item(s) from the Redemption Prize Counter that are insufficient to purchase additional items. Your unredeemed E-tickets may be saved for future use. E-tickets will not expire. Laser Bounce – Family Fun Centers do not sell any prize for money. All prizes and merchandise must be purchased with E-Tickets. E-Tickets do not have a cash value and may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.


Laser Bounce – Family Fun Centers may suspend or terminate your Fun Card and revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to you at any time without notice, liability, reimbursement or compensation. Termination may result from your fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Fun Card or violation of these Terms & Conditions. If we terminate your card with cause, all credits and time will be voided and may not be used. You will receive no compensation from us for voided credits or time. If we terminate your Fun Card without cause, we will refund or issue store credits equal to the balance of credits or time purchased/held in your Fun Card account less any amounts that you may owe Laser Bounce – Family Fun Centers.

Billing Errors and Corrections

We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Fun Card if we believe that an error has occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your Fun Card, please call Guest Relations at 1-800-658-8198, Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time, or online fill out this form below.

Group and Party Reservation Policies

Party Rooms are reserved for 45 minutes and will be available one hour after the event start time. Laser Bounce does not offer party rooms prior to event start times.

Food and Drinks

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED INTO THE FACILITY. Any guest that has dietary restrictions or allergies will need to notify Laser Bounce management 24 hours prior to the event start time. Please call your Laser Bounce directly to speak to a manager. At no time is alcohol allowed into any Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center.

Gifts and Belongings

Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen gifts, coats and personal belongings. Daily Lockers are available at a nominal fee. At no time does Laser Bounce or its staff take any responsibility for any item or item condition. Please keep your valuables at home.


All events/parties require a non-refundable deposit to reserve. In the case that you must cancel or change your event/party you will forfeit your deposit.


Rescheduled events/parties will be allowed if prior to 21 days (3 weeks) of party date. If an event/party booked within 21 day(3 week) window; customer has three days after booking date to reschedule. Rescheduled events/parties due to illness may be made at any time but a signed Physicians note may be required to reschedule. Rescheduled events/parties due to weather will be determined SOLELY by LASER BOUNCE – management. If Laser Bounce determines that the weather is too inclement to operate, Laser Bounce will try to reschedule your event/party to the next available date and time. Only one rescheduled event/party will be permitted. All rescheduled events/parties must be confirmed by email, or signed IN STORE. Subsequent rescheduled events/parties will forfeit ALL deposit and require a new non refundable deposit to reserve another date or time.
