Effective Date: August 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases, reservations, admissions, attractions, Fun Cards, arcade play, parties, group events, memberships, gift cards, promotional offers, and other products or services offered by Laser Bounce – Queens, operated by Laser Bounce of Brooklyn, Inc., located at 80-28 Cooper Ave, Unit 6-004, Glendale, NY 11385 (“Laser Bounce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By entering the facility, purchasing or using a product or service, making a reservation, purchasing or recharging a Fun Card, participating in an attraction, or otherwise using Laser Bounce services, you agree to these Terms and any additional rules, policies, waivers, agreements, or restrictions applicable to the specific product or service.
Laser Bounce reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase or participation will apply except where otherwise required by law.
1. GENERAL ADMISSION & FACILITY POLICIES
Admission tickets, attraction passes, packages, and other purchases are valid only as stated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, admission purchases are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Admission to Laser Bounce does not guarantee that every attraction, game, activity, or area of the facility will be available during your visit.
Attractions, games, and facility areas may temporarily close or operate on modified schedules because of maintenance, equipment issues, staffing, private events, capacity limitations, safety concerns, emergencies, or other operational circumstances.
Laser Bounce reserves the right to establish and enforce age, height, weight, capacity, footwear, clothing, health, and other safety requirements for individual attractions.
Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions provided by Laser Bounce employees.
Failure to follow safety instructions or facility rules may result in the suspension of attraction privileges or removal from the facility without refund.
2. WAIVERS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Certain Laser Bounce attractions and activities involve physical activity and inherent risks.
Participation in designated attractions may require a valid waiver to be completed by the participant or, when applicable, by the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
Guests are responsible for determining whether they or the minors under their supervision are physically capable of safely participating in an activity.
All guests must comply with attraction-specific rules, posted warnings, safety instructions, and employee directions.
Completion of a waiver does not guarantee participation. Laser Bounce may restrict or deny participation when management or an attraction attendant determines that participation may create a safety concern or that applicable attraction requirements have not been met.
3. SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN
Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults remain responsible for supervising minors in their care while visiting Laser Bounce unless Laser Bounce has expressly agreed in writing to provide otherwise.
Laser Bounce employees, party hosts, attraction attendants, and other staff members are not childcare providers and should not be considered substitutes for appropriate parental or guardian supervision.
Children must comply with all facility and attraction rules.

- Possession of prohibited weapons;
- Bringing alcohol or prohibited substances into the facility; or

Certain balances or privileges may not be recoverable or transferable.
17. GAME OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS
If an arcade game or attraction malfunctions during paid play, notify a Laser Bounce employee promptly.
When Laser Bounce verifies that paid play was lost because of an equipment malfunction, the normal remedy will be replacement of the affected play, credits, or attraction privilege as appropriate.
Cash refunds are generally not provided for individual game malfunctions.
18. BILLING ERRORS & BALANCE CORRECTIONS
Laser Bounce reserves the right to investigate and correct Fun Card, credit, e-ticket, promotional, or transaction balances when an equipment malfunction, transaction error, system error, unauthorized activity, fraud, or other discrepancy has occurred.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES & GROUP EVENTS
20. PARTY & EVENT RESERVATIONS
Birthday parties, group events, field trips, camps, corporate events, and other reserved events are subject to the package description, pricing, capacity, availability, and policies in effect when the reservation is made.
The person making the reservation is responsible for reviewing the reservation details and notifying Laser Bounce promptly of any errors.

Additional guests above the number included in a package may result in additional charges.
Final pricing may change based on actual attendance, upgrades, food purchases, add-ons, taxes, and other applicable charges.
21. EVENT DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a birthday party or group event unless Laser Bounce expressly states otherwise in writing.
ALL EVENT DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
A date and time are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by Laser Bounce.

The reservation holder is responsible for all authorized additional guests, upgrades, food, beverages, attractions, merchandise, or other charges added to the event.
23. PARTY ROOM TIME
Party rooms are reserved for the period included with the applicable package.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable package, party rooms are reserved for 45 minutes.
Party rooms are not available before the scheduled party-room portion of the event.
Guests must vacate the party room at the end of the scheduled room period so Laser Bounce can prepare the room for the next event.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled party, attraction, or party-room period.
24. EVENT SCHEDULES
Laser Bounce events operate according to scheduled activity and room times.
Guests arriving late may join the event in progress when operationally possible, but missed activities, attractions, games, food service, or party-room time will not necessarily be extended or rescheduled.
Laser Bounce recommends that the reservation holder and guests arrive at the time indicated in the reservation confirmation.
25. CANCELLATIONS
All birthday party and event deposits are non-refundable.
If a reservation is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved in writing by Laser Bounce management.

21 Days or More Before the Event

Weather-related rescheduling decisions are made by Laser Bounce management. If Laser Bounce determines conditions are unsafe or the facility cannot reasonably operate, management will attempt to move the event to an available alternative date.
One Reschedule
Only one reschedule is permitted per reservation unless Laser Bounce management expressly approves otherwise.

A reschedule is not complete until confirmed by Laser Bounce in writing.
Attempting to reschedule an event more than once may result in forfeiture of the original deposit and require a new non-refundable deposit.
27. GUEST COUNTS & ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Party and event packages include the number of guests stated in the applicable package description.
Additional participating guests are subject to the additional-guest pricing in effect for the applicable package.
