What are your cleaning procedures?2020-08-06T15:33:09-04:00

Our facilities are always maintained to the highest quality standards, but we’ve enhanced our procedures for extra care and precaution at this time:

  • Our cleaning cycles in all areas of our facility have been increased around the clock and during operating hours.  Additional “Clean Team” members have been scheduled on all shifts with their sole responsibility of cleaning and sanitizing.
  • We have increased our cleaning staff, ensuring all surfaces are continually wiped down with CDC approved sanitizer that target the coronavirus, including but not limited to all video games, play equipment, laser tag equipment, restrooms, party rooms and eating areas. 
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been increased.
  • Hand sanitizing stations have also been placed in entrances to all our play arenas as well as throughout the facility. 
  • UVAIRE™ UV Light Filtering Systems have been installed and functioning in all HVAC Units
  • MERV-13 HEPA Filters (Highest Rated Hospital Grade Filter) installed in all HVAC and Air Handling Units.
  • ProKure© Disinfectant Fogging used throughout all facilities and all play equipment fogged between each session.
  • Automated Thermal Temperature scans required by all guests upon entrance to the facility.
  • New “Mobile Wallet” payments accepted at all games and point of sales for a complete contactless purchase.

We are committed to exceeding our already strict sanitizing procedure during this situation,  with our guests and staff’s safety as our number one priority.

How do our private parties make it safer to celebrate?2020-08-06T15:33:37-04:00

As always, our  private parties provide you the opportunity to be in control of who attends your event and allows us to clean and sanitize the party space between each event. In addition, we have implemented the use of ProKure© Disinfectant Fogging system on all play equipment and laser tag equipment between parties and sessions. ProKure© Disinfectant Fogging is designed to effectively kill COVID-19 upon contact and even disinfects up to 30 days after initial treatment.

Masks are not required for guests that are vaccinated.

Do I need to stay with my child during my Laser Bounce visit?2020-08-06T15:35:26-04:00

Yes –all minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No drop offs or baby sitting is provided. 

Are socks or sneakers required?2020-08-06T15:36:26-04:00

Yes, socks are required to play in the Bounce Park and Ballocity Arenas.  Sneakers are required to participate in Laser Tag, no flip flops are allowed.

Are adults allowed to play in Bounce Park and Ballocity Arenas?2020-08-06T15:37:46-04:00

Unfortunately, for the safety of the children, adults are not permitted on the Inflatables in the Bounce Park.  Adults are not required to pay an entrance fee, and are strongly encouraged to accompany their children into the Bounce Park but are not permitted to play.  (Sorry Moms and Dads, but hey, there is always Laser Tag!).    Limited seating is available in Bounce Park to supervise your children.

Is a waiver required to enter the facility?2020-08-06T15:40:05-04:00

For insurance purposes, every guest who is going to participate in the Laser Tag, Bounce Park or Ballocity Arena, must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver.   YOU CAN VIEW WAIVER HERE

Are there any age/height restrictions?2020-08-06T15:41:13-04:00

Yes. For safety purposes, children must be between 32” and 54” to participate on the play equipment(Bounce Park and Ballocity Arena) 

Laser Tag is recommended for guests ages 5 and up.  All laser tag participants must be able comfortably wear a laser tag vest in order to participate.

Is supervision provided in the Bounce Park and Ballocity Arenas?

Laser Bounce staff members are scheduled to operate Bounce Park and Ballocity Arenas during all scheduled parties and open/public play. While a staff member is scheduled to operate the Bounce Park and Ballocity Arena, THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTION FOR PARENTAL SUPERVISION.  We highly encourage adults to supervise their children and no adult fee is required to enter into the areas.  Please feel free to notify a Laser Bounce Team Member any concerns throughout your visit.  

Can a guest play while wearing a cast?2020-08-06T15:41:51-04:00

In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate in the Bounce Park or Ballocity Arena. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing.  A game card and additional food and drink can be purchased for those guests.

Is there anything else I should know?2020-08-06T15:42:50-04:00

Guests will occasionally pick up a friction burn when going down the slides. Giving yourself a big hug before sliding down is typically sufficient, but if you’re concerned then we recommend wearing clothing that covers knees and elbows.

For your convenience we accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express as payment options. Sorry, no checks.

We ask that you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in.

Will there be a LASER BOUNCE Team member available to assist me in the party room?2020-08-06T15:49:43-04:00

Yes – a team member will be available to assist you in the party room.

When will my party room be available?2020-08-06T15:50:13-04:00

Your party room is available 1 hour after your event start time.  For example, if your event is to begin at 12pm your party will be available to your guests at 1pm.  If you have any special decorations or party room request please inform your party host upon arrival.  Unfortunately, no requests for early party rooms will be accepted.

You may bring birthday cake or cupcakes to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.

Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?2020-08-06T15:52:16-04:00

You are more than welcome to bring your own goodie bags/favors or balloons to your event.  PLEASE NOTE: Laser Bounce does not offer any means to inflate your balloons.  Balloons must be inflated prior to your event.  Additional fees will incur if Laser Bounce is required to inflate your balloons if your bring your own helium tanks.  Helium tanks must also be disposed by the party/event holders.  Laser Bounce cannot legally dispose your helium tank.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?2020-08-06T15:53:09-04:00

Of course!  Please inform your party hosts of any special decorations when you arrive. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.

When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?

We’ll call you 3-5 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.  All food orders must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your event.  Unfortunately, food cannot be changed or ordered on the day of the event.

What assistance do you provide in the party room?2020-08-06T15:54:24-04:00

Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your event.  The Laser Bounce team will set up the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake and goodie bags. During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.

How are guests’ belongings handled?2020-08-06T15:55:14-04:00

Each event will receive their own bin for guests to place their belongings in.  The bin will be transported to your private areas throughout your event.   After your party room time, your guests will be required to retrieve their belongings.  Any belongings not retrieved will be left in the bin and publicly available for all guests to obtain.  LASER BOUNCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.  All day lockers are available at a nominal fee, we recommend that lockers be used for any items of high value.  

Will Laser Bounce store my presents?2020-08-06T15:56:14-04:00

Laser Bounce will provide your party with a special gift bag.  Unfortunately, Laser Bounce employees are not able to handle any presents or gift envelopes from you or your guests.  Please inform a Laser Bounce team member if you need additional gift bags or assistance moving your gift bag to your car or other transportation, we would be happy to help.

What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?2020-08-06T15:58:05-04:00

We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.

Am I required to be vaccinated to enter?2021-09-11T15:42:10-04:00

Starting Monday September 13th, guests 12 and over will be required to present either an excelsior pass, vaccine card or Key to NYC app (either Vaccination or Negative test) to enter. Unless you feel you are exempt.

Are there any blackout dates?2023-03-15T13:25:53-04:00

No, you can use your membership any day year round.  However, if there are private events occurring in the Bounce Park or Ballocity Arena select times may not be available.

How do I cancel my membership?2024-01-15T17:11:15-04:00

You may cancel in store, by certified mail or by completing this form. Also, 7 day notice is required to cancel your auto billing.  Cancellation requests may take up to 5 business to process.  Click here to cancel your membership.

You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement. Refer to your agreement or ask a team member for full details.

No, your membership is only valid at the original location you signed up for.
