Is my membership valid at all Laser Bounce locations?
No, your membership is only valid at the original location you signed up for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Your Membership Agreement has an initial minimum term of thirty (30) days, then renews automatically month to month until canceled in accordance with the agreement.
Memberships may not be canceled within the first fourteen (14) days of enrollment. Submit your cancellation request online at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Your membership and benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period or the effective cancellation date you select, as provided in your agreement.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships may only be canceled online through our membership cancellation form. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Memberships may not be canceled within the first fourteen (14) days of enrollment.
Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period or the effective cancellation date you select. On that date, your membership and all associated benefits terminate. Unused benefits are forfeited, and no refunds, credits, prorations, or extensions are issued for unused time or benefits. If cancellation is not submitted in accordance with your Membership Agreement, your membership will renew and the applicable monthly fee will be charged.
Are there any blackout dates?
No, you can use your membership any day year round. However, if there are private events occurring in the Bounce Park or Ballocity Arena select times may not be available.
