Waivers and socks
Every jumper needs a completed online waiver, and socks are required in bounce and Ballocity. Arrive 15 minutes early.
Eight ways to play
Bounce zones, obstacle courses and jumping platforms for kids under 62 inches tall, with no minimum height.
Thousands of foam balls
A multi-level arena with blasters, vacuums, cannons and buckets. Parents can join Ballocity for free.

Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Your host reviews your plan and helps get your group ready.
Enjoy your chosen attractions
Head to the activities included in your package. Private sessions are reserved for your group; Basic public play and Freestyle use shared areas.
Pizza, cake & a birthday wish
Enjoy pizza and drinks in your party room. Bring your birthday cake or cupcakes; your host helps with setup and serving.
Keep playing in the arcade
Use the arcade credit included with your package. The arcade is shared with other guests; extra games and purchases are optional.

Trampoline park party questions
Is the trampoline park private for our party?
It depends on the package. Super and Ultimate include private bounce and Ballocity. Basic offers public play or private play for a $100 upgrade. Freestyle uses shared public play areas.
Is there a height limit?
Bounce and Ballocity are for children under 62 inches tall. There is no minimum height.
Are socks required?
Yes. Socks must be worn in the Inflatable Trampoline Park and Ballocity at all times.
Can parents jump too?
For the children's safety, adults can't play on the inflatables. Parents can supervise from the sidelines and join Ballocity and laser tag sessions for free.
How long is the bounce time?
A standard session is 60 minutes: 30 minutes in the Inflatable Trampoline Park followed by 30 minutes in Ballocity. Freestyle and Super include 30 minutes of each, and Basic includes 60 minutes of bounce and Ballocity.
Is it supervised?
Yes. Trained staff monitor the play areas, and we also encourage parents to supervise. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
