By purchasing, recharging, or using Fun Card, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, and your use shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, without further notice to you. Terms & Conditions for Unlimited Video Game Play with a Fun Card
When purchasing a Fun Card, you have the option to select Unlimited Video Game Play. Please review the following terms & conditions carefully before making your purchase:
Unlimited Video Game Play allows you to enjoy continuous gaming for a set amount of time without needing to track points—just non-stop fun! However, it’s important to understand the specific terms & conditions that apply:
Valid Only on Date of Purchase: The Unlimited Video Game Play time is only valid on the day it is purchased. It will expire at the end of that day.
No E-Ticket Accumulation: Games played during the Unlimited Video Game Play period will not earn e-tickets.
Game Restrictions Apply: Unlimited play does not apply to all games. It excludes, but is not limited to:
Photo booth games
Prize dispensing games
E-ticket dispensing games
Games that dispense coins or cards
By selecting Unlimited Video Game Play, you agree to these terms & conditions. Be sure to use your Fun Card on eligible games within the valid time frame to make the most of your experience.
Terms & Conditions for Purchasing a Fun Card
Before purchasing a Fun Card, please read these terms & conditions carefully. They explain how and where you can buy a Fun Card.
You can get a Fun Card in four ways:
1. Kiosk Purchase
Buy a Fun Card by following the on-screen prompts at any self-service kiosk inside the facility.
2. At the Cashier Station
Purchase a Fun Card alone or as part of a Walk-In Package or Fun Card Package. Pay with credit card, Laser Bounce gift card, or cash. Only authorized employees like Cashiers or Managers can complete your purchase.
3. Reserved Birthday Party Package
A Fun Card may come included with a reserved Birthday Party package.
4. Mobile Wallet & Online Purchase
Buy a Fun Card online at laserbounce.embed-us.com. Add it to your mobile wallet for easy, contactless use.
By purchasing a Fun Card, you agree to Laser Bounce’s terms & conditions for Fun Card use and management. Always check eligibility, limits, and expiration before buying.
Terms & Conditions for Unlimited Video Game Play
When you buy a Fun Card, you can add Unlimited Video Game Play. Before choosing this option, please read these terms & conditions to understand how it works and its limits.
How Unlimited Video Game Play Works:
Unlimited Video Game Play lets you play eligible games for a set time without tracking points. It gives you nonstop fun with no hassle.
Terms & Conditions:
Valid Only Same Day: Unlimited Video Game Play is valid only on the day you buy it. Any unused time expires at the end of that day.
No E-Tickets: Games played with Unlimited Video Game Play will not earn e-tickets.
Game Restrictions: Unlimited play does not work on all games. It excludes, but is not limited to:
Photo booth games
Prize dispensing games
E-ticket dispensing games
Games that dispense coins or cards
By buying Unlimited Video Game Play, you agree to these terms & conditions and understand its restrictions.
All Access Game Play Credits
All Access Credits can be used at any attraction or video game at your specific Laser Bounce – Laser Bounce Family Fun Center location. All Access Credits will allow you to accumulate e-tickets.
Terms & Conditions for Bonus Credits
Bonus Credits may be awarded to your Fun Card at the time of purchase, depending on the amount you load onto the card. Please review the following terms & conditions regarding the use of Bonus Credits:
Eligibility: Bonus Credits are applied based on the value added to your Fun Card at the time of purchase. The more you add, the more bonus credits you may receive.
Usage Restrictions: Bonus Credits are valid only for video games and cannot be used for attractions or other services within the facility.
Non-Transferable: Bonus Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may not be transferred between cards or accounts.
By accepting Bonus Credits, you agree to these terms & conditions and acknowledge any restrictions on their use.
Attraction Play Privileges
Attraction Play privileges can be purchased at a kiosk and/or a cashier station. Attraction Play privileges do expire and will expire 720 days after purchase. Attraction Play privileges cannot be transferred onto a different Fun Card.
Terms & Conditions for Adding Credits to Your Fun Card
You may add credits to your Fun Card using any of the following methods, subject to these terms & conditions:
Where to Add Credits:
Credits can be added at a kiosk or cashier station by paying with cash, credit, or debit cards. Alternatively, you can reload your Fun Card via your mobile device using your mobile wallet.Restrictions on Payment Methods:

Credits Do Not Expire
The credits you purchase do not expire, are not subject to a maintenance fee and are stored on your Fun Card.
Terms & Conditions for Combining Credits from Multiple Fun Cards
You may combine credits from multiple Fun Cards onto a single Fun Card, subject to the following terms & conditions:
Credit Transfer: Credits from any number of Fun Cards can be transferred and combined onto one Fun Card for your convenience.
Zero Balance on Source Cards: After transferring credits, the Fun Card used as the source will have a zero balance but will remain active.
No Additional Fees: The source Fun Card remains fully functional and can be recharged in the future without any extra fees.
By combining credits, you agree to these terms & conditions governing Fun Card balances and transfers.
Checking Your Credits
Your credits balance displayed at each Game only shows your credits balance for the credits type used and may not reflect your entire credits balance on your Fun Card. You may also check your credits and e-tickets on your mobile device. There are also multiple balance check stations throughout the arcade.
Terms & Conditions for E-Tickets
E-Tickets are stored electronically on your Fun Card. Please read these terms & conditions about using e-tickets.
E-Ticket Accumulation: When you win e-tickets, they are added automatically to your Fun Card balance.
Redemption: You can redeem e-tickets for prizes at the Redemption Prize Counter. Availability and prices vary, so you might not always have enough tickets to get certain prizes.
Remaining Balance: If you don’t use all your e-tickets, the leftover balance stays on your Fun Card for future use.
No Expiration: E-Tickets do not expire. They stay valid until you use them.
No Cash Value: Prizes can only be bought with e-tickets. E-Tickets have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money or credit.
By using e-tickets, you agree to these terms & conditions for their use and redemption.
Terms & Conditions for Cancellation of Fun Card
Laser Bounce – Family Fun Centers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Fun Card and revoke or limit any associated rights and privileges at any time, with or without notice, and without liability, reimbursement, or compensation, under the following terms & conditions:
Cause for Termination: Your Fun Card may be terminated if there is evidence of fraudulent or unauthorized use, or if you violate any of these Terms & Conditions.
Effect of Termination With Cause: If your Fun Card is terminated for cause, all credits and time associated with your card will be voided immediately and cannot be used. No compensation or refunds will be provided for voided credits or time.
Termination Without Cause: If your Fun Card is terminated without cause, Laser Bounce – Family Fun Centers will refund or issue store credit equal to the remaining balance of credits or time on your Fun Card, minus any outstanding amounts owed to the company.
By using a Fun Card, you agree to these terms & conditions governing cancellation and termination.
Billing Errors and Corrections
We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Fun Card if we believe that an error has occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your Fun Card, please call Guest Relations at 1-800-658-8198, Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time, or online fill out this form below.
Group and Party Reservation Policies
Party Rooms are reserved for 45 minutes and will be available one hour after the event start time. Laser Bounce does not offer party rooms prior to event start times.
Food and Drinks
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED INTO THE FACILITY. Any guest that has dietary restrictions or allergies will need to notify Laser Bounce management 24 hours prior to the event start time. Please call your Laser Bounce directly to speak to a manager. At no time is alcohol allowed into any Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center.
Terms & Conditions for Gifts and Belongings
Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gifts, coats, or personal belongings. Please read these terms & conditions about your valuables:
No Liability: Laser Bounce and its staff do not take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items you bring.
Lockers Available: You can rent daily lockers for a small fee to keep your belongings safe during your visit.
Valuables Advisory: For your safety, we suggest leaving valuables at home whenever possible.
By entering Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center, you agree to these terms & conditions regarding your personal property.
Cancellations
All events/parties require a non-refundable deposit to reserve. In the case that you must cancel or change your event/party you will forfeit your deposit.
Terms & Conditions for Rescheduling Events and Parties
Laser Bounce – Family Fun Center lets you reschedule events and parties under these terms & conditions:
Advance Notice Rescheduling: You can reschedule if you request it at least 21 days (3 weeks) before the original date.
Short-Notice Rescheduling: If you book within 21 days, you have three days after booking to request a reschedule.
Illness Rescheduling: You may reschedule due to illness at any time, but a signed doctor’s note might be required.
Weather Rescheduling: Weather-related rescheduling decisions are made only by Laser Bounce management. If conditions are unsafe, we will try to reschedule your event to the next available date.
Limit on Reschedules: Only one reschedule per event or party is allowed.
Confirmation Needed: All reschedules must be confirmed by email or signed in-store.
Deposit Forfeiture: Rescheduling more than once will forfeit all deposits. You must pay a new non-refundable deposit to reserve another date.
By booking with Laser Bounce, you agree to these terms & conditions for rescheduling.
Event Deposits
All event deposits are non refundable.
