No, your monthly pass is only valid at the original location you signed up for.
You can cancel your Monthly Pass after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement. Refer to your agreement or ask a team member for full details.
Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone. Click here to cancel your membership.
You may cancel in store, by certified mail or by completing this form. Also, 7 day notice is required to cancel your auto billing. Cancellation requests may take up to 5 business to process. Click here to cancel your monthly pass.
No, you can use your monthly pass any day year round. However, if there are private events occurring in the Bounce Park or Ballocity Arena select times may not be available.
